Replacing the Tyrant model, the Express Hunter is a oneshot airgun in .177 rifled bore.
As mlost of the rifles made by Crosman, its energy is operated by an inert gaz piston, instead of the traditional spring, that has for main advantages a reduction of vibration and recoil, and also of the noise.
It is basically break barrel action.
The stock is "all-weather" synhtetic, highly resistant, that needs few maintenance. It is ambidextrous, with a cheek piece on both sides, and has a ruber butt plate, dampening impacts on the shoulder. The surfaces where hands take place (handle and forearm), has slights relief, for an optimal handling (non slippery).
The barrel is rifled steel, and has a synthetic sleeve at its end, that allows a better handling for cocking.
The Express Hunter rifle has optic fiber front and rear sightsn to aim with naked eye. It also has a 11mm deovetail rail, to mount a scope, a red dot...
It has a manual safety lever, located just in front of the trigger, that can easily be put on or off, with the index finger. It is recommended to engage this safety before any handling of the airgun, to avoid any accident.
The Remington Express Hunter airgun is delivered with a CenterPoint 4x32 scope and its mounts.
